Olivier Farcouli (CEO)Olivier Farcouli: CEO Olivier Farcouli started his career in the media and entertainment industry where he held various positions in marketing and operations for companies such as Sony Music France and French television networks. His banking experience began with Banque Paribas in London, where he worked in corporate finance in the Technology, Media/Telecom and Financial Services sectors. Olivier was then part of the ING Group where he held various strategy consulting roles throughout Europe before spending six years as a leverage financier in London completing leveraged and refinancing transactions for private equity firms across Europe.
Olivier was formerly the Head of the TiGo for Millicom International Cellular; a mobile banking business across 16 countries.

Ken has considerable experience in the creation of innovative technology-based solutions for the Financial Services industry gained while leading high-profile initiatives at m-Via, SVC Financial Services, Mellon Capital Management, and Wells Fargo. Ken was formerly the CEO, CTO and now current Vice President of Product Development for a successful mobile remittance service based out of the USA. Leslie (CDO)Leslie Onyesoh: President, Chairman and Chief Development Officer Leslie Onyesoh, is West African in origin but born and raised in London,. He is the the principle founder, architect and concept designer of the Splitzzitt solution and the driving force of behind the Company. Mr. Onyesoh has a number of years experience in start-up companies serving the Emerging Markets and has a keen insight into the issues experienced at the grass roots level.
Mr Onyesoh's former enterpreneurial engagements include Afcodian International (a family run business in Nigeria); Alfred Ace (a residential letting service to international travelling African business men); Gold Tear Consultancy Ltd a consulting service to the Middle East and most recently SeniTech Global Corp. Leslie has dedicated the last several years to conceiving and developing SeniTech Global's value proposition. Leslie holds a MA Economics & BSc Social Sciences.

Jason (CFO)Jason Futko: CA – Chief Financial Officer Jason Futko is a principal in a joint venture with a large United Arab Emirates real estate firm where he is actively involved in the investment decision making process. Mr. Futko is a Senior Managing Director at Newhaven Merchant Bankers an international investment bank. At Newhaven, Mr. Futko also oversees Newhaven’s Capital Pool Company and Special Purpose Vehicle Programs. He is also a Managing Director of Octavian Growth Partners Limited, which is the general partner to Octavian Growth LP (an alternative investment fund).
