“ICT’s have the potential to profoundly change global trade, finance and production. By making businesses more competitive and economies more productive, and most of all by empowering people with knowledge, ICT’s can support faster economic growth and thus strengthen the material basis for development..." Beta Launch

Originally geared to support international commercial trade our solution will empower local consumers, traders and other commercial enterprises to make secure electronic purchases of commercial content from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and industrial merchants from around the World direct from their local financial institutions in foreign currency. Immediately circumventing many of the key obstacles to the identification, sourcing, payment and shipment of commercial content to and from Africa.

A significant portion of national import requirements are undertaken by what we describe as mom and pop traders traversing the World sourcing content for reimportation and resale at ‘home’. In some cases it has been estimated that anything from between 40%-80% of some countries official import requirement is undertaken in this manner. Our solutions will not only provide a far more effective electronic alternative to this costly, expensive and time consuming process but will also impact local commercial enterprises by providing them also with a greater and more efficient access to content from subscribing vendors around the World.

Our solution is web‐based, multi‐currency, multi‐language, scalable and does not require any supporting architecture, infrastructure or technology. It is therefore an extremely cost effective method for any international vendor to market and sell content direct to a far greater consumer base across multiple regions simultaneously at little to no cost.

How does it work?

  • Local buyers will be able to source content either from managed websites administered by the Company or direct from the vendors application.
  • They then effectively check out electronically via the Company's solution through legitmate local financial institutions who will remit payment direct to the content providers. Funds will be effectively held in escrow by each individual financial institution on the vendors behalf.
  • The Company does not manage, accept or manipulate any funds at any time and subscribing merchants are not required to ship content until payment has been confirmed.
