Leslie Onyesoh - President, Chairman and Founder

West African in origin but born and raised in London the Founder and CEO of the Company, Leslie Onyesoh has a number of years experience in start-up companies serving the Emerging Markets. These include Afcodian International (a family business in Nigeria); Alfred Ace (a residential letting service to international travelling African business men); Gold Tear Consultancy Ltd a consulting service to the Middle East under the auspices of the United Nations and most recently SeniTech Global inc. Leslie has dedicated the last several years to the scoping and development of the PuzzlePay™ system and remains the driving force behind the Company with a key focus on product and solution development. Leslie holds a MA Economics & BSc Social Sciences

 
Michael Chartres, OBE, FCA – Chief Executive Officer

Michael Chartres is an international financier with over four decades of public and private company experience in the accounting, corporate finance and international banking areas.

Mr. Chartres started his career in 1960 as an articling clerk at Shipley Blackburn Sutton & Co., eventually advancing to his first partnership at Buckley Hall Devin & Co. Throughout the next decade and since 1978 has been a Partner at Cooper Adamson & Co and its successor firms, becoming a Senior Partner in 2002. Originally an Audit Partner he subsequently became specialising in Corporate Finance, Corporate Advice and International Taxation. Mr. Chartres founded corporate finance activity in the firm in 1985 and has led teams assisting in the flotation of many companies on to the London Stock Exchange and its subsidiary markets. He is an expert in advisory in management buy-outs, company sales and acquisitions.

Mr. Chartres has tremendous experience in the public sector. He has been the Councillor of London Borough of Wandsworth from 1968 to 1982, Mayor from 1981 to 1982, Chairman of several committees, Member of Executive Committee and later Honorary Treasurer from 1981 to date at London Mayors Association and a member since 1970 and a Chairman since 1988 of London (South West) Valuation Tribunal.

Mr. Chartres is currently advising several entities, including Littlejohn Accountants, Snoras Bank AB (Largest retail bank in Lithuania, also Chairman of Audit Committee), Latvijas Krajbanka (Retail bank in Latvia, also Chairman of Audit Committee), three groups of hedge funds where he is Finance Director and various trusts, real estate groups and very high net worth individuals.

Mr. Chartres has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, obtaining his original qualification in 1965. He has also been appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 1992. He has been educated at Eastbourne College at London University.

 

Jason Futko - CFO and Director

Jason Futko is a senior partner of Newhaven Corporation. Newhaven is an independent merchant bank providing corporate finance and advisory services to middle market companies. Jason heads up Newhaven's Restructuring Group. Prior to joining Newhaven, Jason spent many years in corporate consulting and project management, with a focus on restructuring and post-merger integration. In addition, Jason held numerous positions at large financial institutions where his primary responsibility was the streamlining and re-organization of operations, including those of recently acquired firms. Jason’s team caters to Newhaven's increasing need for independent debt and restructuring advice. His expertise also allows Newhaven to offer clients an end-to-end merger and acquisition solution, continuing to add value after a transaction has closed. Jason brings invaluable knowledge and experience, including the wide-ranging wisdom he gained serving as a chartered accountant with a Big-Five accounting firm.

Jason was educated at the University of Waterloo and holds the designation of chartered accountant.

 

Lori Murphree - Director

Lori Murphree has 7 years of banking experience with a strong focus on technology M&A and private capital raise.  She is currently working with the lead advisory technology team at Grant Thornton UK focusing on software and digital media.  Previously, Ms. Murphree was in the  Software, Internet and Services Group at SVB Alliant and work in mergers and acquisitions in both the Silicon Valley office as well as the London office. She has participated on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions within various sub-sectors of software including financial technology, security software, enterprise applications and utility computing.

In addition, prior to receiving her MBA, she worked for five years in operations and product management.  During this time, Murphree was responsible for the development and launch of new products in both the U.S. and internationally, budget management and promotional activities. 

Murphree received a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Chico and a master’s degree in business administration and international management from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.
